Computer Science Engineering

It gives me an immense pleasure to introduce Computer Science and Engineering dept. at SPCE. We have highly experienced innovative, dedicated, and creative faculty members. The Department provides an outstanding learning environment complemented by excellence in teaching. The faculty member aims at delivering top class education, blending their rich experience with classroom teaching.

The Department is moving ahead to build technical platform to students, by spreading awareness of technologies, transferring of the knowledge, sharpening the obtained knowledge, and exposing students to solve real time problems.

Regular research activities are carried by our faculty members to enhance their knowledge and to give the best to students and the society.

Our Department has state of the art infrastructure and computing equipment supported by high speed Ethernet and wireless networks.

Computer Science students have plenty of opportunities to work in different domains at IT industries. They can carry different roles like system engineers, hardware engineers, programmer, software engineers etc.

Nowadays both Government and Private companies offers various job roles for computer engineers with excellent pay.

In the Department of Computer Science & Engineering the practicals are performed in the departmental labs as described below :

Computer Programming Lab (Sem I/II)

Here Students obtain basic experience in coding and executing C programs.

Data Structures with C/C++ Lab (III-Sem)

Here in this lab students learn C++ concepts and obtain experience on object oriented programming.

Electronics circuits and Logic design lab (III-Sem)

Students learn analog and digital circuits, clipper, clamper, flip flops etc practically & also simulation.

Microprocessor lab (IV-Sem)

Students learn about 8086 processor - software programs and hardware programs; to understand how a processor works, to learn the assembly language programming.

Design & Analysis of Algorithms Lab (IV-Sem)

Students learn to use graphs, analyze algorithms and learn time complexity calculations that help them to write efficient algorithms.
